I’ve done a bunch of design, some management, and a lot of kitten wrangling. There’s not much I enjoy more than putting on headphones, drinking coffee, and designing an interface. Through the years, I’ve evolved to think more about the approach to problems, rather than the solution. I work with teams to define goals and outcomes, and find the common ground between user and business needs. Understand, make, check, be happy – rinse, repeat.
I've taken my love for art and applied it to interface design. My goal is to create attractive, simple designs that give people a clear path to accomplish their goals. I appreciate the unique, and promote the questioning of established and traditional ideas in the hopes of finding a better way. I think empathy makes for a better User Experience and might just save the world one day.
